Growing Up In Central Florida

Luxury Living on Lake Harris Chain Of Lakes

What Central Florida Taught Me 40 Years Later

We both grew up here.
Skiing, wakeboarding, tubing, and fishing.
But sometimes the most fun was just cruising.
Some of the best times on the water have been the sunsets and July 4th fireworks.
And there’s nothing like the:
Wind in my face
Search for the best lunch spot
Listening to our favorite boat playlist
...you know the feeling.
Fast forward to today, I’m blessed to help my clients find their lake home in this area.
I love it because, being from here I know so much about it. I can navigate and educate with ease, but I am always curious as to why others from the outside choose to buy and relocate in this area.
Maybe they grew up on the lake and now want to do the same for their kids. Or the retired couple looking to invest in their dream home for all the grandkids to play on the water.
Let's just say, racing jet skis with my buddies in the 90s has come full circle.
(Pretty cool).
If you're from greater Orlando and you've been in this area, you know what I mean. The real estate value is plenty, and it's easy to get lost in my realtor brain now to look at it as value, numbers, potential deals closed, etc.
but underneath all that,
I remember what it really means to me.
Chain of Lakes isn't just my childhood, my history, and my home...
it's the place I fell in love with my wife.
