Living in Florida

Everyone wants to move to Florida.

But only true Floridians know what it's like, and it's not what you think...

I have seen all the reasons people come.

- Family
- Retirement
- The weather!

The truth is you never fully know until you try. And as someone who's grown up here, I have a unique experience.

Boating, beaches, spring training baseball and shorts year round have always been the norm. Some of my favorite spots include The Keys, Daytona Beach Shores, and of course the Harris Chain.

It's home to me.

If I weren't a realtor bringing so many out of state people and families, I probably wouldn't consider other people's perspectives as much.

But hey,
