Welcome to Florida Grande Motor Coach Resort!We are a Class A and Super C resort located in Webster FL approximately an hour from both Orlando and Tampa.  All lots are deeded, and include a reinforced concrete pad, a 50 amp pedestal, water, and sewer hookups. We are a gated family-friendly and pet-friendly resort.

POA dues are $640/quarter which includes lawn mowing/trimming, trash collection at dumpster, water, sewer, and access to our 20,000 sq ft clubhouse , pickle ball courts, and pool.  The clubhouse features a Grande Room great for pot-lucks and gatherings, a library, laundry room, billiards room, craft room, business center with WiFi, and a fitness center.  Electric is metered individually to each owner.
