This property is located inside Florida Grande Motor Coach Resort. It is a Class A and Super C resort located in Webster FL approximately an hour from both Orlando and Tampa. All lots are deeded, and include a reinforced concrete pad, a 50 amp pedestal, water, and sewer hookups. Each lot is landscaped, however owners have the ability to modify landscaping with approval from the POA board. We are a gated family-friendly and pet-friendly resort.

A back in lot with a 12x32 Grande Suite, this is a blank slate that you can use your imagination to finish it just the way you like. The Grande Suite has a living area, full bath, and laundry/storage area. It has a beautiful view in the back where you can enjoy nature. Also located near the clubhouse with all its amenities, pool, and hot tub.

Ownership has fully deeded lots so each lot has its own unique mailing address. Mail can be received by USPS at each individual’s box in the mailroom at the clubhouse or through delivery companies such as UPS and FedEx directly to your site.


POA dues are $640/quarter which includes lawn mowing/trimming, trash collection at dumpster, water, sewer, and access to our 20,000 sq ft clubhouse and pool. Electric is metered individually to each owner.


You will have access to Florida Grande’s 20,000 square foot clubhouse. The clubhouse features a laundry room, fitness center, library, and office area with free wi-fi, craft room, and a billiard room. The Grande room is great for entertainment, pot- luck dinners.
